What are my options?
Income protection insurance entitles policy holders to regular income payments whilst they are unable to work. These payments are made over set periods, for a determined duration and a portion of your pre-injury or illness income.
You may also be able to claim a "top up" payments if you can return to work part-time or in a lesser role.
They are often reduced if you are already receiving payments through WorkCover, Comcare, TAC and/or Centrelink.
