About the Team
The Adviceline legal team is made up of award-winning industry leaders and accredited specialists who regularly meet and collaborate to ensure excellent client outcomes. Solicitors work closely with paralegals and administrative staff to ensure that clients receive timely expert advice in a critical time of need.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Legal Assistant to join our team, to provide administrative and secretarial support to our lawyers on personal injury cases, including Workcover, TAC and public liability matters.
This role will be located in our Springvale office, with a level of flexibility.
On a day to day basis you can expect the role to include:
- file maintenance – electronic (FileSite) and paper
- diary management
- preparation of correspondence and Court documents
- editing documents
- client contact
- monthly billing (Aderant).
To be successful in this role you must have gained significant experience as a legal assistant and ideally, have had exposure to personal injuries litigation.
Alongside this you will possess the following skills:
- excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- an eye for detail
- strong work ethic and initiative
- the ability to communicate in a professional manner with our clients and your colleagues
- active team member, completing tasks and assisting others to complete tasks
- develops good working relationships
- uses discretion and deals with sensitive information appropriately.
