Redlich's Work Injury Lawyers recently represented the widow of a man who was tragically killed by a garbage truck driver when he was cycling in East Victoria. As a result of her husband’s death, our client, who was a teacher, was unable to return to work in the same capacity due to the severity of her psychological injury.
